Before you send

I have told you about anything that could put a person or an animal at risk, and I have not left anything out. I understand animals may be moved away, an interaction stopped, or the session ended, if staff judge it is not safe to carry on. I understand an assessment is not a placement, and that a placement may not be offered. I have parental responsibility, or I am authorised by the school or authority to make this enquiry.

Before you send this — how changes work once a placement starts. None of this applies yet. We show it now so it is not the first you hear of it later.

· The weekly slot is reserved and charged whether or not the young person attends — we turn other work away to hold it
· Missed sessions are charged in full. With 48 hours’ notice or more we will try to offer a make-up in the same term, but cannot guarantee it
· If we cancel, there is no charge — a make-up session, or it comes off the invoice
· Three weeks’ notice to change the pattern or a slot time, and three weeks’ written notice to end a placement

I have read how changes and cancellations work, and I understand a reserved slot is charged whether or not the young person attends. Everything I have written here is accurate as far as I know.
