7+ days — full refund · under 7 days — 50% refund or free reschedule · within 48 hours — no refund
Mobile bookings (parties, events, care homes, groups)
7+ days — full refund · 5–6 days — 50% refund or free reschedule · under 5 days — no refund, and any unpaid amount remains payable
We're a small business and our calendar is getting busier — especially during half terms and holidays. When a session is cancelled at short notice, that slot often can't be filled, and it's a slot someone else could have booked. For larger groups, we also commit to additional staffing costs in advance based on your booking. This policy helps us keep things fair for everyone. Full terms
