The room is yours for the hour — just your group, your keeper and 70+ animals, in Warlingham, Surrey
You are not sharing with anyone. No other families, no strangers wandering through, no group session with people you have never met. For your hour the animal room belongs to you — your group, your keeper and the animals, and nobody else.
You choose who comes out and how the hour goes, at your pace. If your child needs ten minutes sitting quietly before they touch anything, there is no queue behind you and nobody watching.
These are our hands-on sessions right here at our pet centre in Warlingham, Surrey — come and spend an hour with my pets, feeding, learning, and getting properly up close. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and must include at least 1 adult. You can book up to 2 hours online; for anything longer, get in touch and we will arrange it. There's a 30-minute buffer between bookings at our centre so the animals can rest, and a 2-hour buffer around mobile bookings for packing, travel and rest.
The hour is yours to use however suits you. Most people meet a mix — something furry, something scaly, something with more legs than seems reasonable. But if someone would rather spend the whole session with one animal, that’s a perfectly good hour too, provided the animal is enjoying it as much as they are. We follow your pace, not a running order.
Bathing experience — £10. A hedgehog or skinny pig bath is nearly always available: we keep around 20 hedgehogs and bath each of them twice a month, and the skinny pigs the same, so there is almost always one due. Ask when you book. Bathing is at our centre only, not on mobile bookings.

Sessions typically last 1 hour — that is your hour in the room, as being collected from the gate isn’t taken out of it — and up to 2 hours can be booked online. The minimum charge is for 2 places, up to a maximum of 10 — one person can come on their own and simply pays for two. If you’re 16 or over you’re welcome to book and come alone. Reduced rates available for SEND children and carers.

All sessions take place indoors at our pet centre in Warlingham, Surrey.
Parking: Free on-street parking available nearby. Exact directions will be sent with your booking confirmation.
The animal room is heated and air conditioned to keep the animals at a comfortable temperature, which makes it comfortable for you too.
Photos and videos are encouraged — capture your experience and share your favourite moments.
Sessions involve hay, bedding and animal fur/dander. If you have allergies, please let us know when booking.
Sessions are relaxed and guided by your interests. Ciera tailors the pace and animals to suit your group.
Built into the animal room itself, so a child can step into it and settle without leaving the session. Rainforest themed, with a sound-resistant fibre optic ceiling, bubble wall, dimmable colour-changing lighting, weighted blanket and lap pad, crash mat, beanbags, spinning chair, fidget boards, visual timers and cards, and ear defenders we provide. Music the child chooses, or none at all.
It is not an add-on and it is not something you have to request — it comes with every session at our centre, whether or not anyone uses it. Animals can come into it with you, so an hour spent quietly in the den with a rabbit is a perfectly normal way to have a session.

We welcome visitors of all abilities. Sessions can be tailored for children and adults with additional needs — Ciera has extensive experience working with SEND families and is Enhanced DBS checked.
