Get up close and personal with 40+ amazing animals in Warlingham, Surrey
These are our hands-on sessions right here at our pet centre in Warlingham, Surrey — come and spend an hour with my pets, feeding, learning, and getting properly up close. Sessions last 60 minutes and must include at least 1 adult. There's a 30-minute buffer between bookings so the animals can rest.
Looking for a birthday party, care home visit, school event or something else? We also bring the animals to you — get in touch for a personalised quote.
All sessions last 1 hour per person. Minimum 2 people per booking.
You will be asked to show an official letter of confirmation such as DLA, PIP or diagnosis, a Compass Card, Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, Carers Support Card or similar recognised scheme or access card.

All sessions take place indoors at our pet centre in Warlingham, Surrey.
Parking: Free on-street parking available nearby. Exact directions will be sent with your booking confirmation.
The animal room stays warm for the animals' welfare. Wear layers you can take off and bring a drink.
Photos and videos are encouraged — capture your experience and share your favourite moments.
Sessions involve hay, bedding and animal fur/dander. If you have allergies, please let us know when booking.
Sessions are relaxed and guided by your interests. Ciera tailors the pace and animals to suit your group.
We welcome visitors of all abilities. Sessions can be tailored for children and adults with additional needs — Ciera has extensive experience working with SEND families and is Enhanced DBS checked.
