You don’t need exact numbers — a rough idea is fine, and we would far rather know in advance than on the doorstep. Please tell us at least 48 hours before so we can bring enough handlers and animals.
The bathing experience — £10, for sessions at our centre. One bath covers the whole group.

Birthday parties at your venue are priced by the size of the party rather than per head, so extra children may move you up to the next one:
These say “from” because travel can be added on top, depending how far out you are. Travel is charged per journey, not each way: the first 10 miles are included, then £35 for 11–20 miles, £60 for 21–30 and £90 for 31–45. If you are already booked, your travel is already settled and adding children will not change it.
On a 4 Sessions Package? You can still bring someone extra. The additional person is charged at our standard rate for that session — the package discount applies to the sessions you bought, not to extra people added later.
At our centre, ten visitors is the limit. That is ten of you in the animal room, with our staff on top of that — so a session here cannot go above ten however much we would like it to. If you need more, the answer is usually a mobile booking at your venue instead, where we can take much larger groups — tell us below and we will talk it through with you.
Need fewer people, or a different date? Numbers can only go up through this form. To move your date, use Manage my booking up to 5 days before. For anything else, including reducing numbers, please message us — our terms explain where refunds stand.
