The experience

This experience involves supervised interaction with live animals, which may include mammals, reptiles, birds, amphibians and invertebrates, with some animals available for observation only.

Medical, allergy, sensory, behavioural or additional support information Allergies matter most — we often bring fruit, veg and sunflower seeds to feed the animals

Declaration

I confirm I am the parent, legal guardian or authorised responsible adult for everyone taking part. I understand this experience involves optional, supervised interaction with live animals, and that any relevant medical, allergy, sensory, behavioural or additional support information has been shared with Pets on the Green. I understand interactions may be adapted, paused or stopped at any time for safety or animal welfare. I understand that interaction with animals carries natural risks, that Pets on the Green takes reasonable precautions, that animal welfare is always prioritised, that animals may be rested or removed if needed, and that supervision of children and vulnerable adults remains my responsibility. I have read and understood this declaration and agree to the above.

Ticking the box above and the date it is sent stand in place of a signature. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer. Pets on the Green is not responsible for minor injuries occurring despite appropriate supervision and safety procedures, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
