My Pets

70+ amazing animals — each with a name, a personality, and a story. Scroll through to meet them all.

Say hello to the Pets on the Green family. We care for over 35 species — from cheeky sugar gliders to a giant Aldabra tortoise. Most of our animals were hand-reared here; a few came to us as rescues and found they liked the work. All are health-checked, and every one is chosen because it genuinely enjoys meeting people — the ones who would rather not, don’t. Here's who might come along to your party, session, or visit.

Baby Hoglets
Just days old

Born right here — tiny, pink, and impossibly cute. Hoglets are occasionally available to loving homes from our carefully managed ethical breeding programme — join the waiting list.

We only have hoglets when we have had a litter, so they are not here all year round, and very young ones do not come out for handling or travel to mobile bookings. Ask when you book and we will tell you honestly what we have.

Sugar Glider Joeys
Sugar Glider babies

Our sugar glider joeys are hand-raised from birth, making them incredibly tame and sociable. Watch them explore, climb and glide as they grow — they're absolutely captivating to see up close.

Only when we have had a litter — joeys are not here all year round, and while they are small they do not come out for handling or travel to mobile bookings. Please ask before you book rather than expecting them.

Netherland Dwarf Rabbits one and the other
Netherland Dwarf Rabbits
Our smallest rabbit breed

One has a brown coat and hazel eyes and is the braver of the two — usually first to investigate new visitors. He loves his food, though only from people he trusts (unless it's a bunny biscuit — he'd take that from a fox!). the other has a white coat and blue eyes and is a little shyer with new faces and smells, which is only natural for a prey animal.

Good to know

The exact animals at your event are confirmed beforehand, as some can only attend certain settings, and space and weather affect who can safely come.

Baby animals are not guaranteed. We have hoglets and sugar glider joeys only when we have had a litter, not all year round, and very young ones do not come out for handling. Please don’t book expecting babies unless we have confirmed it — ask and we will tell you honestly what is here.

Some of our species are naturally short-lived, so this list changes. If an animal you were hoping to meet has died or is simply getting too old for sessions, we’ll tell you before your visit and suggest someone similar.

Most of our animals can be held. A handful are watch-only — usually because they are young, fast, or would rather not — and those are tagged. Invertebrates other than the millipedes and snails can only come to an indoor venue: outdoors, a gust of wind makes them an escape risk.

Ready to meet them all?
