11. Review and Monitoring
This risk assessment is reviewed:
- Annually (or sooner if circumstances change)
- Following any incident, near-miss, or complaint at an indoor venue
- When working at new venue types not previously assessed
Venue-specific adaptations:
- This template provides baseline controls for indoor venues
- Individual venues may require additional specific controls
- Pre-session checks identify venue-specific hazards
- Session cancelled/relocated if venue unsafe and cannot be made safe
All incidents reported to:
